Gynecology Minimally Surgery Laser 1470nm

What is Gynecology Minimally-invasive surgery laser 1470nm treament?

An advanced technique diode laser 1470nm ,in order to accelerate the production and the remodeling of mucosa collagen. The 1470nm  treatment targets the vaginal mucosa.  1470nm  with radial emission has a bio-modulating effect that stimulates neocollagenesis and regenerates the epithelium and the connective tissue. This action rejuvenates the vaginal tissue by restoring firmness, flexibility and hydration; 1470nm  also has a positive effect on urinary incontinence. The main advantage of using a diode laser is that the laser can penetrate deeper, targeting the mucosa, without causing an ablative thermal injury. It is a painless treatment.

Gynecology treatment area:

Colposcopy: cervical, vaginal, vulvar and anal acuminate condylomas | cysts and abscesses of Bartolin’s glands | cysts of the mucosa | various degrees CIN up to invasive or initial-stage carcinomas (IA1) | Fornix and cupola pathologies  | VIN | Bowen’s disease | Queyrat’s erythroplasia | Bowenoid papulosis | leukoplakia (vulvar dystrophy) | polyps | perivulvar and perianal fistulas | precancerous endoanal lesions | dysplasia of lower genital tract

Laparoscopy: endometriosis | adhesions | myomas and uterine fibroids | ovarian fibromas

Operations of: salpingostomy | fimbrioplasty | fallopian tube microsurgery | oophorectomy | ovariectomy | ovarian drilling (for ovarian polycystosis) | metroplasty | ablation of the uterosacral ligaments

Hysteroscopy:  myomas | polyps | uterine malformations ( septate uterus, uterine synechiae and adhesions)

Gynecology laser

In gynecology treatment1470nm laser surgery is recommended for the treatment of warts (condylomata acuminata) in the anogenital area and dysplasia of the vulva, vagina and cervix (colposcopy) or for intra-uterine and endometrial pathologies ( combined treatment with hysteroscopy or laparoscopy, depending on the lesion).

The main features that make it the procedure of choice for CIN include:

• Fast and effective level of ablation with sub-millimetre precision .

 • Day Surgery (reduction in health care costs).

• Clean surgical field, no swelling no bleeding.

• No damage to healthy tissue surrounding the target tissue.

• Rapid healing,  minimal scarring, even for the large lesions.

• Little incidence of complications.
