Diode Laser Lipolysis Equipment

What is Lipolysis?
Lipolysis is a minimally invasive outpatient laser procedure used in endo-tissutal (interstitial) aesthetic medicine.
Lipolysis is a scalpel-, scar- and pain-free treatment that allows to boost skin restructuring and to reduce cutaneous laxity.
It is the result of the most advanced technological and medical research focused on how to get  the results of surgical lifting procedure but avoiding the downsides proper to traditional surgery as longer recovery time, a higher rate of surgical issues and of course higher prices.

What is the Lipolysis laser treatment for?
Lipolysis treatment is performed thanks to specific single-use micro optical fibers, thin like an hair which are easily inserted under the skin into the superficial hypodermis.
The main activity of Lipolysis is promoting skin tightening: in other words the retraction and reduction of skin laxity thank to the activation of neo-collagenesis and of metabolic functions in the extra cellular matrix.
The skin thightening created by Lipolysis is strictly linked to the selectivity of the laser beam used, that is, to the specific interaction of the laser light which selectively hits two of the main targets of the human body: water and fat.

The treatment anyway has mulitple purposes:
★ The remodeling of both deep and superficial layers of the skin;
★ Both immediate and medium to long-term tissue toning of the treated area: due to the synthesis of the new collagen. In short, the treated area continues to redefine and improve its texture, even months after treatment;
★ The retraction of connective septum
★ The stimulation of collagen production and when necessary the reduction of excessive fat.

What areas can be treated by Lipolysis?
Lipolysis remodels the entire face: corrects mild sagging of the skin and fat accumulations on the lower third of the face (double chin, cheeks, mouth, jaw line) and neck beyond correcting the skin laxity of the lower eyelid.
The laser-induced selective heat melts the fat, which spills from the microscopic entry holes in the treated area, and simultaneously causes immediate skin retraction.
Moreover, with reference to the body results you can get, there are several areas that can be treated: gluteus, knees, periumbilical area, inner thigh and ankles.

How long does the procedure last?
It depends on how many parts of the face (or body) are to be treated. Nonetheless, it starts at 5 minutes for just one part of the face (for example, wattle) up to half an hour for the entire face.
The procedure does not require incisions or anesthesia and it does not cause any kind of pain. No recovery time is requires, so it possible to return to normal acitivities within a few hours.

How long do the results last?
As with all procedures in all medical fields, also in aesthetic medicine the response and the duration of the effect depend on each patient situation and if the physician deems it necessary Lipolysis can be repeated with no collateral effects.

What are the advantages of this innovative treatment?
★ Minimally invasive;
★ Just one treatment;
★ Safety of the treatment;
★ Minimal or no post-operative recovery time;
★ Precision;
★ No incisions;
★ No bleeding;
★ No haematomas;
★ Affordable prices (the price is much lower than a lifting procedure);
★ Possibility of therapeutic combination with fractional non-ablative laser .

What  is the price of an Lipolysis treatment?
The price for a traditional surgical facial lifting may vary, of course, depending on the exthension of the area to treat, difficulty of the surgery and the quality of the tissues. The minimum price for this kind of sugery for both face and neck is generally around at 5.000,00 euros and it increases.
An Lipolysis treatment it's much less expensive but it obviously depends on the physician who perform the treatment and on the country where it is performed.

How soon after will we see results?
The  results are not only immediately visible but continue to improve for several months following the procedure, as additional collagen builds in the deep layers of the skin.
The best moment when to appreciate the results achieved is after 6 months.
As with all procedures in aesthethic medicine, the response and the duration of the effect depends on each patient and, if the physician deems it necessary, Lipolysis can be repeated with no collateral effects.

How many treatments are needed?
Just one. In case of incomplete results, it can be repeated for a second time within the first 12 months.
All medical results depend on the previous medical conditions of the specific patient: age,  state of health, gender, can influence the outcome and how successful a medical procedure can be and so it is for aesthetic protocols too.
